Even though I do not control these funds, I have every reason to believe that the Donor Advised Fund or Foundation entered below will honor my current and future grant recommendations, provided that Williams College remains in good standing as a 501(c)(3) organization.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. All AF gifts and pledges received by June 30, 2027 count toward the 50th Reunion total Class Gift. However, AF gifts do not support the 1977 50th Reunion Fund. Instead, AF gifts are separate and help pay for the annual operating costs that Williams incurs every year.
2. Similarly, gifts to the 1977 50th Reunion Fund are not included in annual participation counts for the Alumni Fund. Please consider a bundled 50th Reunion commitment split between the Alumni Fund and the 1976 50th Reunion Fund.
3. Alumni Fund participation credit for each year’s AF campaign is received upon annual payment of a multi-year pledge. Therefore, please try to send in your donation or first installment by March 15 in each cycle to receive participation credit.

Should circumstances arise that affect my ability to fulfill this commitment, I may confer with the Williams College Development Office to discuss adjusting this Statement of Intent and its schedule of payments. I understand that I will be reminded annually of my outstanding commitment balances.

I am also interested in learning about how to document a new or existing estate commitment (bequest or beneficiary designation) and/or learning about how to make a gift that creates lifetime income (life income gift).
